TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once your online order has been submitted, you will be notified via email to confirm I received your order. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 1 day, please contact me.

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in my webshop. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.

DELIVERY

The shipping-costs will be added to the total amount at the checkout.

Some prints I have to pre-order, therefore it might take longer to ship them. Please read the description carefully – I have included which items takes longer to ship. If the item does not have that special note on the description - it will be sent within 3 working days.  

If you do not receive your order, because of a mistake by the post office, please contact me. Together we will look for a suitable solution.
Check your order as soon as it is delivered. When your order is damaged or broken, please contact me via email within 1 week and send a picture of the damage with your message.

PRIVACY

When you place an order, you have to fill in some personal data. I need these data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.

RIGHTS

All rights of the products and illustrations bought via my web shop will remain the property of Eglė Narbutaitė. Products of Eglė Narbutaitė may under no circumstances be copied or used to produce a new product.
